Functional Medicine Program

This program offers assessment, treatment and lifestyle coaching for University of Victoria students who are struggling with complex health issues.

Our practitioner team includes a GP with integrative medicine expertise, a nurse practitioner in chronic health, a RN/Health Educator for coaching support.

We provide students with an individualized health plan to reduce pain, moderate stress, and gain specific functional improvements. Students must be prepared to develop and engage in a comprehensive health plan.

Patients are referred through our University Health Services Health Care practitioners.  To book an appointment call 250-721-8492.
