At UVic we have two key mandates: teaching and research. In the Faculty of Science you'll be taught by faculty who draw from their research to give current examples in our undergraduate classes so they're relevant to modern research and development. As well, our co-op programs give real experience in working labs. Our graduate programs focus on student-driven research projects.
