Research Description

We have developed the technology of using Arctic essential genes to make temperature-sensitive strains of microbes that can be used as vaccines.

We also use synthetic biology approaches to making biofuels.

Health Related Research

The focus of my research is understanding how microbes parasitize macrophages (a form of white blood cell) of mammals.
