I am pleased to provide you with a copy of Designing for the Future: The New Open Suite of Programs and Peer Review Process which will be posted on our website later today. This document outlines the refined design and implementation plan for the new Open Suite of Programs and peer review process.
The proposed changes represent a significant change for the research community and CIHR is committed to working with research institutions to ensure that they have the information and tools required to support the implementation of the new programs and processes. Beginning in January 2013, Dr. Jane Aubin and I will be travelling to institutions across the country to continue our discussions with you. The details regarding these visits will be posted to our website as they become available.
