NEW Tri-Council Consent to Disclosure of Personal Information NEW

The Consent to Disclosure of Personal Information has become an integral part of the regular application process for agency programs as of November 17, 2011.
Applicants will have to agree to the Consent to Disclosure of Personal Information for all applications submitted to the Agencies (CIHR, NSERC and SSHRC). When an applicant submits an application, he/she will be asked to consent to the disclosure of personal information.
