NSERC - Strategic Grants (SPG) Program - Information Session - December 12, 2011
This session will cover the Program requirements, the four target areas, the application procedures, the evaluation criteria, the signs of a good proposal, and more. If you are planning to apply to the SPG Program this year, do not miss this opportunity!
The goal of the SPG program is to increase research and training in targeted areas that will strongly enhance Canada's economy, society and/or environment within the next 10 years. The program is intended to increase the participation of Canadian companies and government organizations in academic research and enable the transfer of knowledge, technology and expertise to those organizations that are well-positioned to apply the results.
Staff from UVic Industry Partnerships will also be in attendance if you have questions about NSERC grants with UILO involvement, such as I2I, or are looking for a company to partner with.
