2017 Administrative Transcript update
Update March 29, 2017: We are pleased to announce that comparative grading on the Administrative Transcript (AT) is now restored and accessible.
Due to system performance issues in December 2016 and January 2017, comparative grading has been temporarily removed from the Administrative Transcript. It is important to note that there was no impact to the comparative grading calculation or display on the Official Transcript.
What was the issue? How are we fixing it?
Because the calculations required to create comparative grading were dynamic and resource-intensive, the system was experiencing slow-down and stoppage. The Office of the Registrar and University Systems agreed to change the comparative grading calculations to compute each time a grade is entered or changed in the system. This change will solve the resource usage issue, allowing students and staff to access information when they need it. The development team is currently coding and testing these changes. Comparative grading will be re-enabled on the Administrative Transcript by late March 2017.
I need a transcript with comparative grades right now. What can I do?
The system performance issues did not have an impact to the comparative grading calculation or display on the Official Transcript. If you require a transcript with comparative grades immediately, you can request an Official Transcript.
