Winners of the 2nd Annual History Department golf tournament

Student groups in the History Department at the University of Victoria have contributed greatly to the warm sense of community experienced by students and Faculty members.  Both The History Undergraduate Society (THUGS) and the Graduate History Students Union (GHSU) are involved in planning and organizing a wide variety of events, as well as being the primary liaison between students and the department.
