The School of Public Administration, through its Centre for Public Sector Studies offers a variety of specialized professional development workshops for individuals or organizations looking to enhance their knowledge of public sector leadership and management. Join us on campus for a one or two day workshop, or engage us to create and deliver a custom workshop for your organization. Workshops are taught by prominent faculty members with broad expertise in public policy processes, public sector leadership, dispute resolution, and risk analysis.

Workshop Format
Each workshop is offered as a full day session. Catered lunch and nutrition breaks are provided. Workshops will have between 20-25 participants, and consist of a mixture of readings, case studies, development activities, and group discussions. Readings and content will be provided a few days before the scheduled course. Workshops can also be commissioned for private groups based on mutually available dates.
Other Professional Development Initiatives
In addition to our newly developed workshops available in the Fall of 2011, the Centre for Public Sector Studies also designs and hosts conferences for government, non-profit and private sector organizations. Our professional development activities are often carried out in partnership with other organizations.
