Post RN diploma BSN online distance program
Are you a registered nurse who is interested in completing your Bachelor of Science in Nursing?
Stay in your community and stay on track with your professional development! Our distance education program gives you the flexibility to balance family responsibilities and studies. Post diploma students are graduates of hospital schools of nursing or college nursing diploma programs who hold active licensure as registered nurses in the jurisdiction in which they are working. Many have several years of experience in nursing although this is not a pre-requisite for admission to the school.

"Having worked as a RN in many settings for nearly 20 years, I know it was time to challenge myself intellectually and finally start the BSN program. The distance education is the best option for my busy schedule and with UVic's online sessions, the student experiences a very interactive and comprehensive program. The instructors provide excellent group and individualized support as needed. I look forward to receiving my UVic Post RN degree!" Lisa Markin
"I have often promoted the UVIC BSN program as one that is supportive to post-diploma RN’s. The instructors, support staff and technical staff have been available to me in a timely manner. In addition, I felt that I was always treated with respect as an adult learner, understanding that our lives also involve work and family responsibilities." Danica Tuden
