Co-op
Eligibility

Students who have completed all the first and second year courses outlined in the model program need to complete and sign the applicable co-op eligibility forms and the terms and conditions form before being made eligible to look at co-op jobs.

The completed forms are to be returned in January of the second year to the Health Information Co-op Co-ordinator or the Health Information Science Co-op Assistant - prior to going out on the first co-op work term which starts in May.

The forms will be reviewed and approved by Co-op staff; only then will students be made eligible to apply for jobs.
