Non-Specialized Option

Gustavson Business offers an option for students who wish to tailor their program to particular career interests. Whether your future includes working in a small, medium or large company; whether your goal is to be a generalist or a specialist, the non-specialized option provides you with a solid foundation in the knowledge and skills, including a global perspective, ethical and socially responsible approach that you will need to effectively meet the future's challenges. If you desire to work in the financial services sector or to pursue an accounting designation, this option allows for additional finance and accounting courses.

To ensure that all students have a solid grounding in business fundamentals, we establish a set of core required business courses. Non-specialized students may include an overseas academic exchange as part of their elective selection.
