The goal of the Gustavson School of Business Mentor Program is to help students clarify their career and life goals before they make the leap.
Our mentor program has five elements:

Familiarize yourself with the program
- Profile
Complete a profile that can be matched to a potential mentor
- Match
The Program Director helps match you with a mentor
- Connect
Meet your mentor and develop a working relationship
- Reflect
Assess the relationship and give your feedback
The mentor program is open to all students at the Gustavson School of Business.
