Executives-in-residence
Our executive-in-residence and entrepreneur-in-residence initiative is another way we provide students and faculty with access to accomplished business leaders.
- Their main function is to build bridges with businesses, industries and other communities.
- This role is also designed to ensure that our academic programs address relevant trends and issues and assist in preparing students to enter the business world prepared to make a positive contribution.
- Individuals are selected for the role based on several criteria, including their strengths and abilities to contribute to the vision of the faculty and to strengthen community ties and connections.

- Stacy Kuiack, Stacy has founded numerous entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career starting with a medical softwaredevelopment firm at the age of 25.
- Matt Hall, retired managing director and CEO, Food and Beverage Division, Nestle UK, former senior VP Global Marketing, Communication and Sales, Nestle Switzerland
- Rob Milne, a professional engineer, he has 30 years experience creating and managing high-tech enterprises
- Fred Speckeen, retired president and CEO of Advanced ECommerce Research Systems Inc., and founder of Edisonian Partners LLC.
Duties
1. Strengthen the quantity and quality of our partnerships with industry and our broader communities.
2. Give a guest lecture in relevant classes and at select faculty events.
3. Provide career counseling and advice to interested students.
4. Assist in fundraising campaigns and other resource development activities.
5. Be a resource for faculty members for research, teaching and curriculum development.
6. Assist in building partnerships with industry and community through our executive programs office.
7. Ensure curriculum development is synchronous with business world practice.
8. Increase opportunities for co-op education and other experiential elements within the faculty.
9. Maintain and enhance the capabilities of our executive council and board of advisers within the faculty.
