Background
 

As the BCom Experiential Learning Manager, Jennifer oversees experiential learning program components through the new COM 405 (Career Prep) course. Jenn is actively involved in developing and administering career preparation programs and services, including coaching students in employment preparation and work search issues as well as acting as the key program resource to develop and manage the undergraduate social media platforms.

Jennifer has been with the Gustavson School of Business since 2008 and has previously worked as the BCom Experiential Learning Officer and the PhD Program Manager/Special Projects Officer. As a careers specialist, she has a broad background to draw from, including a background in teaching at both public and private schools, program management and marketing in international educational, financial services, and environmental consulting and education. A licensed member of the BC College of Teachers and an active member and conference contributor for numerous professional associations, Jenn is also a small business owner in Victoria.
