Brand breaker: Consumer trust, and how it makes (or breaks) a brand

Trust: it determines decisions we make in the grocery store, how we choose to travel, and the clothes we wear. It impacts what brands we recommend to our friends and where we choose to work, live, play—and study.

So what are the implications for brands and businesses?

Join us over breakfast as the dean of the Gustavson School of Business, Saul Klein, presents the 2016 findings of Gustavson’s Brand Trust Index, a survey showing how four different types of trust impact consumer perception and decision-making across Canada last year. Klein will draw on examples from the school to illustrate the power of these various types of trust.
