Crystal Tremblay - Geography

PhD geography candidate Crystal Tremblay recently returned from India, where she participated in the first Department of Geography field course.

Tremblay, Dr. Phil Dearden and 20 students from the University of Victoria spent four weeks in the northern region of India working with the Society for Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), exploring issues of community governance, women empowerment, resource use and management, and conservation.
