High school counsellor conference
We are excited to welcome counsellors onto campus for our newly restructured Counsellor Conference on Friday, October 12, 2012.
Attendees will begin their day by learning the important updates (admissions, students awards and financial aid, international student update), and will then explore a few select areas of campus to learn first-hand the opportunities here for your students. Although this is not a typical campus tour, please wear comfortable walking shoes as campus tour guides will take you to three different areas on campus, while you work up an appetite before lunch. We are happy to institute a professional development aspect to our Counsellor Conference this year, and this will take place while you are eating lunch.
Doors will open at 9:00a.m. with the event starting at 9:30a.m., allowing any counsellors who would like to join us from the Lower Mainland or up-Island to do so. The event will wrap up before 2:00p.m.

All high school counsellors from British Columbia interested in connecting with the University of Victoria are invited to participate. There is no limit to the number of delegates who may attend from a given school.
