How to deconstruct a job posting

Understanding exactly what an employer is looking for will help you stand out. We've made it easy to match your competencies and experience to job postings. It's a straightforward as:

  1. Printing the job posting and description.
  2. Identifying the required qualifications and skills and abilities listed in the posting or description.
  3. Identifying how you match the criteria.
