Equipping students for the future

Co-op and Career offers comprehensive career resources, which students and alumni can use to strengthen their professional skills and learn how to excel at work.

What are the three resource kits?

We've organized our main online career resources into three kits:

The journey kit

Co-op

This kit includes resources to help students plan and manage their overall career journey. It includes information about career research, goal setting, self-assessment, networking and more.

The competency kit

Co-op

This kit includes resources to help students build their professional skills and behaviours, also known as competencies. By assessing their own competencies, students can better market themselves to employers, apply their strengths and recognize areas for improvement.

The tool kit

Co-op

This kit includes resources to help students improve and maintain basic career development tools, like résumés, cover letters and interviewing skills. The tool kit is especially useful when students are applying for jobs or planning their next steps.
