At UVic Co-op and Career, we strive to enrich our university community and help students to achieve meaningful, successful careers.
Whether your day involves lecturing to a packed auditorium or analyzing data in a research lab, Co-op and Career can benefit you as a professor, as an employer and as a UVic employee.

Co-operative education, or co-op, is a learning strategy that lets students alternate their academic terms with work terms in their field of study. Co-op students bring relevant workplace experience to share with the class, and their work term reports can inform your lessons. You can also hire co-op students from many academic disciplinesto help with your research or laboratory projects.
