Unwind Before Exam Season

De-Stress Fest is the bi-annual UVic campus tradition where several departments from across campus get together to provide fun, relaxing and FREE events for students before the final exam crunch.

So take a break from studying, relieve some stress, and come meet and play with therapy puppies (and bigger dogs) with our UVic Student Ambassadors and the Pacific Animal Therapy Society.

Spring 2017 De-Stress Fest, March 21-31, is proudly organized by UVic Student Ambassadors in partnership with Vikes Nation, and the UVic Student Health Ambassadors and Peer Educators (SHAPE). All events are open to all UVic students and are only limited by space and supplies where noted below.
